We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo debit cards through our secure payment gateway. Ordering is easy and you can do it in four different ways:

Safety and Medical Information.
All the information on our site is given to the best of our knowledge and is designed to help you the customer use and enjoy the benefits of aromatherapy products.

However we strongly advise that in the case of any medical conditions you consult your GP and in the case of more serious conditions that you seek professional medical attention immediately.

Complementary therapies are intended to be used in conjunction with medical advice.

At Think Aromatherapy we make no medicinal claims for any of the products advertised. Always read the warning on the label or the information sheet supplied before use and always try a small amount on a tiny area before applying.

Returns and Refunds.
Unwanted goods If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it) within 14 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product.

All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us or call us on 01142443067 to inform us of your wish to return the goods and we will advise you how to send the item back to us. Please use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as via Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, in the rare event of the parcel going missing. Faulty or damaged goods.

If you receive an item from us which is faulty or broken, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us or call us on 01142443067 to inform us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement.

In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. In this event, please contact us first and we will advise you how to send the item back to us.

We usually ask that you send items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (Recorded), but occasionally items may have to be picked up by a courier service which we will arrange.

Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

Your safety is important to us so we use security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.
